Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

If you've ended up with tickets that you can not or do not want to use anymore, we recommend relisting your tickets for sale. SeatGeek has an 'all sales are final' policy so will not be able to refund your tickets.

Wondering why all sales are final? Primary and secondary ticket markets are complex, and most ticket orders can’t be canceled or refunded once they’ve been submitted to ensure the validity of the tickets you’re purchasing. If you order tickets you can no longer use, the best way to recoup your costs would be to list them for sale on the SeatGeek Marketplace or another ticket exchange platform.
