Why can't I see my listing?

Under specific circumstances, you may list your tickets for sale but not be able to see them for sale in the listings. Don't worry though! If your tickets are located in a section or parking lot that is considered “general admission” or SRO ("standing room only") please keep in mind that our Marketplace will prioritize the lowest priced listings. If your general admission ticket listing is priced at a higher price point compared to other listings, your listing will be put in a queue. Your listing will then appear once it is listed at a lower price compared to the current resale marketplace, or if the other lower priced tickets have already sold. 

If your tickets are not considered “General Admission” and you are still unable to see your listing, please contact SeatGeek support to further review.
