- All accessible seats are located on the Orchestra level of the theatre. Mezzanine seats are located on the second level: up 36 stairs from the Orchestra. The Balcony is located on the third level; up an additional 14 stairs. Walter Kerr Theatre does not have an elevator, but all staircases have handrails.
