I connected my Cotton Bowl account to SeatGeek, but don’t see my tickets.

If you’re a season tickets holder, you’ll need to renew your tickets. That process is live starting June 1st, 2021 (you’ll get an email from the Cotton Bowl). 

If you’re a season ticket holder and you’ve already renewed your seats, you’ll likely see an empty event tile in SeatGeek and the barcode will be issued into your account closer to the time of the event. 

If you bought your tickets during the onsale or through your school and are not seeing any event tile or barcode in your SeatGeek account please contact SeatGeek at football@seatgeek.com
