April 6-9: Tournament Rounds

What time do gates open?

8:00am

Can I exit and re-enter?

Yes, but only once. Badges may only be scanned twice total within a single day.

When and where can I pick up my Masters Tournament badges?

SeatGeek will have a local daily fulfillment center near the tournament which will be open from 7am to 7pm or 1 hour after the final round.

Anyone with a confirmed order for the Masters Tournament will receive the location of SeatGeek's fulfillment center via email.

Do I get to keep my badges?

All badges MUST BE RETURNED DAILY unless you are told otherwise by the SeatGeek team.

What is needed to pick up my badges?

You will need a government photo ID which will be matched to the name on your order. You may also be asked to provide other items or documents. Everything you will need will be detailed clearly in an email from SeatGeek after your order is placed.

What if I bought the badges but someone else is going to pick them up?

We can help! All you need to do is contact us with your name and the name and email of the intended recipient of your wristbands. We will work our magic and contact you with any next steps!

What's the difference between day passes (paper) and badges?

Day Passes: These are single-day, single-use passes which do not need to be returned to the SeatGeek Fulfillment Center.

Badges: These will allow you entry to the grounds for the whole weekend! Badges MUST be returned to SeatGeek's Fulfillment Center at the end of each day.

Does my toddler or baby need a ticket?

Yes. Persons of all ages must have a day pass or badge to gain entry to the grounds.

What items are prohibited on the grounds?
